1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rbazie.net, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the rbazie platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and rbazie with respect to your use of the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use rbazie.net, must not create an account, and must not place any wager or make any deposit on the platform.

rbazie reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice displayed on rbazie.net. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of this document periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version that may be made available for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use rbazie.net and maintain an active account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a professional player whose participation is in breach of any applicable rule or regulation;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or consultant of rbazie, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction in which accessing online casino or sports betting services is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been excluded from rbazie under a self-exclusion agreement that remains active;
• You have not previously had a rbazie account closed due to a Terms violation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of rbazie's services — including placing wagers, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register for an account. Each individual may hold only one active account on rbazie.net. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification;
• A valid email address;
• Your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details).

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. rbazie reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time, including National ID (NID) card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by rbazie may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. rbazie will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rbazie support immediately via live chat.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

rbazie supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members or friends — are strictly prohibited. rbazie reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment source and suspend the receiving account if a third-party deposit is identified.

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. rbazie targets a processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals following completion of all required identity verification steps. rbazie does not impose platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which rbazie accepts no responsibility.

Before processing a withdrawal for the first time, or when withdrawing amounts above a threshold determined by rbazie's risk controls, you may be required to complete enhanced identity verification. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

rbazie may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses offered by rbazie unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders aged 18 and above only;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per account, per household, and per payment method unless the offer expressly states otherwise;
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• rbazie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using software to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure;
• Bonus funds that remain unused after the expiry date specified in the offer terms will be removed from your account automatically.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on rbazie.net are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules established by its respective provider. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rbazie.net and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials;
• Money laundering: Using the rbazie platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. rbazie cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement bodies;
• Chargebacks and payment disputes: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution in respect of a deposit made to rbazie where the deposit was used for genuine gaming activity. rbazie will contest all such disputes and may pursue civil recovery of disputed amounts;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports markets, or coordinated bonus abuse;
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with rbazie games or to gain an advantage not available to other players through normal gameplay;
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided;
• Underage gambling: Accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing any wager while under 18 years of age, or facilitating such access by a minor.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

rbazie reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account;
• Receipt of a valid law enforcement request or court order;
• Identification of the account holder as a politically exposed person (PEP) where rbazie determines it is unable to adequately manage the associated risk;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed with prior email notice).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified via their registered email address. If the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and any applicable restrictions removed.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited if it was derived from activity found to be in breach of these Terms. Balances derived from legitimate activity prior to the violation will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to rbazie.

You may request voluntary closure of your rbazie account at any time by contacting the live chat support team. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Voluntary account closure does not exempt you from obligations incurred during the active period of your account.

9 Limitation of Liability

rbazie provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While rbazie takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbazie shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage;

• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rbazie's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. rbazie's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your rbazie account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Amendments to These Terms

rbazie reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
